Thami joined Funda Wande in the midst of the uncertainty of COVID-19 in 2020 as a Project Coordinator. Since then, she has been a constant ray of sunshine and a source of laughter within the team.
She has played a pivotal role in one of our most exciting projects, ensuring the large-scale execution and coordination of the teacher assistant programme. From managing logistics and placement across schools to supporting the smooth operation of Foundation Phase Instructional Coaches in our implementation schools, Thami has been at the heart of our Eastern Cape intervention since she joined.
A certified Project Manager, Thami recently completed the New Manager Development Programme at Stellenbosch University, adding to her already strong foundation of experience and leadership.
