Introducing Rizwana Pienaar warmly known as Riz as the Media Intern. She brings a thoughtful and intentional approach to her work, driven by a deep passion for knowledge, creativity, and meaningful impact. For Rizwana, knowledge is a powerful tool — one that allows us to grow, connect, and better understand the world and each other.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science and Psychology from IIE Varsity College, she is especially interested in the intersection of learning, behaviour, and technology. Her passion for mental wellness and intentional communication informs both her professional and personal life, where she seeks to create spaces that uplift and empower.
Outside of work, Rizwana expresses herself through journaling, poetry, painting, and photography. She’s a lifelong learner with a deep curiosity about human behaviour and a love for spiritual and cultural exploration. Whether immersed in a good book or surrounded by nature, she finds joy in the quiet moments that foster reflection and growth.
Known as the “therapist friend,” Rizwana has a natural ability to hold space for others, often becoming a trusted confidant. Interestingly, she chooses to live without social media, preferring more mindful and present ways of connecting with the world around her.
