Reneilwe holds BEd honours in learning support from University of Pretoria, bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences from Unisa, Diploma in education for Secondary phase, Certificate in educational management, Assessor course Certificate and Certificate in foundation phase literacy teaching from Rhodes University.
Prior to joining Funda Wande, Reneilwe worked 16 years at the Department of Education as a Teacher and Departmental Head for commercial subjects. She joined Funda Wande in March 2021 as a Teacher Assistant Mentor. In 2022 she got promoted to Senior Teacher Assistant Mentor. As a Mentor and Senior Mentor, she trained and supported the teacher assistants and Foundation Phase teachers from different schools, giving them guidance and feedback through regular school visits. In 2024 she got the position of Training Facilitator at Funda Wande where she continues to execute her expertise in training the teachers and teacher interns and material development.
As someone who values education, possesses excellent organizational skills and can connect easily with learners, working at Funda Wande is the perfect opportunity for her to continue her professional development.
