Nomvuzo is a Literacy Coach at Funda Wande, supporting schools under the Volkswagen Community Trust Programme. She brings 27 years of experience in education, having served as a Foundation Phase teacher and later as Head of Department at Molefe Primary School, where she also had the opportunity to act as Principal in 2019.

Throughout her career, Nomvuzo has been actively involved in various school programmes and committees. She holds a Junior Primary Diploma from Algoa College and furthered her qualifications with an Advanced Certificate in Management and Organisation.

She was nominated and appointed as a Cluster Leader for seven schools, overseeing curriculum implementation, and was also elected to facilitate training on the CAPS curriculum and Mathematics proficiency within the Nelson Mandela Metro.

Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, Nomvuzo has participated in numerous workshops focused on educational leadership and classroom practice. These include Roles and Responsibilities of Subject Heads, Reading in the Foundation Phase, and Funda Wande Anthology Training, among others.
