Michael Louw is a Maths Specialist who is deeply committed to improving Maths education through equity, collaboration, and compassion. He believes that meaningful progress in learning is achieved when systems, educators, and learners work together with a shared purpose.
He holds a BCom in Accounting and Marketing, a BCom Honours degree, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of the Witwatersrand, as well as a New Leaders Development Certificate from Wits. He is currently completing his Master of Commerce degree at Wits University.
Beyond his professional role, Michael is actively involved in mentoring and tutoring students at Wits and volunteers as a Youth Leader and Youth Tutorial Coordinator at Every Nation Rosebank Church. Outside of work, he enjoys gym and exercise, travelling, and keeping up with ultra-fast fashion trends, particularly on social media.
