Mlungisi Zuma is a social scientist, researcher and organisational leader with experience spanning research, data, monitoring and evaluation, and organisational learning.
Driven by a commitment to learning and stewardship, Mlungisi believes that when people, evidence and purpose are aligned, organisations can create impact that extends far beyond any single programme or individual. He is particularly interested in how research and data can move beyond reporting to strengthen decision-making, organisational learning and impact.
Mlungisi holds an MPhil in Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Cape Town and a Master’s in Business Management (Digital Business) from Wits Business School. He is currently preparing for a PhD and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA).
Outside of work, Mlungisi is a devoted husband and father who enjoys swimming, reading, and spending time with his three-year-old son and German Shepherd. Between the two, he admits he has very little say in what happens at home.
